IMPLEMENTATION

A starting point you can control.

You do not need to hand over the whole operation in the first conversation. Choose one bottleneck, then agree accountability and checks before expanding.

Bring the problem, not patient records

Share facility type, market, existing systems and work you spend effort chasing. The self-check can start the conversation; it does not establish eligibility for implementation.

  • Clarify backlogs and current processes.
  • Confirm skills, language and market fit for each task.

Agree accountability

Before starting, document tasks, lead, hours, fees, access, handover, checks, reporting and escalation back to the facility.

  • Identify the contracting entity, service manager, fee collector and data recipient.
  • Agree error handling and continuity.
  • Do not grant access simply because someone is available.

Review delegated work before adding more

Reporting should show completed work, backlogs, corrections and decisions pending. Review scope together before changing or expanding it.

  • No invented free offer, launch deadline or savings percentage.
  • Your facility retains scope control and clinical responsibility.
